We appreciate that being able to track parcels sent to your customers is highly important in today's e-commerce market.
For some marketplaces such as Amazon, significant emphasis is placed on providing valid and accurate tracking information for all orders.
We offer a choice of fully tracked and untracked parcel services. In some regions, e.g. Royal Mail in the UK, untracked services still provide a confirmation scan upon delivery (please check with your sales contact for specific services in your region).
When onboarding with Huboo, you can specify your requirements in terms of using tracked or untracked services, which your Huboo sales representative will apply for you.
Finding Tracking Information For Your Orders
You can view tracking data for every item shipped from Huboo using the 'Sales Shipped From Huboo' section of your Huboo dashboard;
- Log into your Huboo dashboard at https://client.huboo.uk/
- Click on the 'Sales' dropdown menu
- Click the 'Sales Shipped From Huboo' tab
- You will see a list of your shipped orders
- To the right hand side of the order information, you'll see a 'Tracking' column, with the order tracking information
- This includes a clickable link through to the carrier tracking information
Some clients require tracking information in csv format. On request, we can set up automated order tracking reports for clients.
If you require such reports, please raise a support ticket, indicating the intervals you require to receive the report in and an email address the reports should be sent to.
Contacting Carriers Regarding Order Tracking
As a fulfilment service, we commit to pick, pack and ship orders for our clients. Unfortunately we are not able to communicate with carriers regarding specific shipments on our clients' behalf.
If you experience issues with specific carriers or simply prefer not to use specific carriers, we're able to offer carrier-specific shipping quotes. Please contact your sales representative to discuss this should you wish.
