When you are ready to send us your stock you will need to add an inbound stock delivery to let us know what's arriving and when. 

 

This is a guide to raising a delivery by CSV upload, to use the dashboard workflow please review our guide HERE.

 

With CSV upload you can provide Huboo the Batch and Best Before Date information of your stock.

How to add stock deliveries by CSV

 

  • Download a copy of our CSV order import file from HERE. 
  • The CSV columns need to be completed with the following information:

‘5’ = Interplex, United Kingdom.

‘4’ = Eindhoven, The Netherlands.

‘7’ = Madrid, Spain.

‘8’ = Leipzig, Germany.

‘9’ = Chippenham, United Kingdom.

Provide the I.D. number that corresponds with your Goods In site. Upload will fail if you are not assigned to the site provided.

  • On your dashboard click the 'Stock' tab on the left followed by the 'Add Stock' page below.

  • On the top right of this page, click the button called ‘CSV Upload’ to begin.

  • Click ‘Choose File’, select the completed CSV file, then click ‘Upload’.

  • If the data in the columns has not been provided or an incorrect format has been used you will be provided with which lines failed and the reason why.

  • Guide to errors: 

Error

The <insert any field name here> field is required

There is a empty field in the column that will need to be populated.

The Package Type field is incorrectly supplied

This is when a value is not one of the following for this field [bags, pallets, unknown, boxes].

The BBE Date or Estimated Delivery Date must be in the format Y-M-D

The date format for these fields is incorrect. It will only accept YYYY-MM-DD.

 

The Item Quantity or Package Quantity fields must be a numeric value

 

The formatting for one of these fields is incorrect. It must be a number and have no additional characters or symbols in the field.

The Batch Reference field is required if BBD Date field is supplied

 

This will require either a batch reference with the BBD date, a batch reference with no BBD date or neither the Batch Reference and BBD date populated.

 

  • Please correct the CSV and re-upload. 

 

  • If the CSV has uploaded and the columns are completed with the expected data, you will be presented with the following success screen:

  • Once uploaded, an email will be sent to the Huboo account email address.  
  • If successful, the email will be confirm that a delivery has been created and provide the Huboo delivery reference.

  • If the delivery has failed the email will confirm that the delivery has not been created. Errors will be provided for each line that has failed with a reason as to why.

  • Please correct errors and re-upload the CSV.
  • When a CSV Upload contains errors a delivery WILL NOT be created. This feature does not partially create deliveries when errors have been detected.

Sku <insert provided Huboo P No.> not found

There is not a corresponding SKU number in the Client Portal. Update with a valid SKU number.

 

The reference number <insert provided reference number> is not unique.

 

This delivery reference number has already been used. You will need to update the CSV file with a unique ID in the “Delivery reference number” column. Or delete the duplicate delivery in the Dashboard and re-upload. 

 

The site requested is unavailable

 

The provided Huboo Delivery Site is not setup for you. Please only provide the I.D. for your confirmed Huboo Goods-in site.

 

<Insert provided batch reference> is a duplicate batch reference

 

This batch reference has already been used on this CSV against another SKU line. A unique reference will need to be put into the CSV for this line.

 

 

  • To edit an uploaded delivery, please delete the delivery in the Dashboard and re-upload the delivery.
