Including Tracking Numbers & Links In Customer Emails From WooCommerce
You wish to include both the tracking number and full tracking link within your customer notification emails from WooCommerce.
To enable this, you will need to purchase and install the official WooCommerce Shipment Tracking App which is supported by the Huboo integration.
Simply purchase and install the plugin in your WooCommerce store and advise your Huboo Business Development Manager or our Customer Service team that you would like the Shipment Tracking plugin support to be added to your Huboo account (including your 4 digit Huboo reference number).
How Long Does Activation For Shipment Tracking Plugin Support Take?
Enabling support for the Shipment Tracking plugin entails a minor adjustment to be made to your integration by our engineering team. As such, activation requests can take between 14-21 days to be completed.
What Happens Once The Plugin Support Is Activated?
Once our engineering team have enabled Shipment Tracking plugin support on your account, the tracking information we relay to WooCommerce will be directed to the plugin - which you will see to the right hand side of your orders within WooCommerce:
The shipment tracking app will then include the tracking information inside the notification emails WooCommerce sends to your customers whenever the status of the order is updated.
Please note - orders which have been imported to and shipped from Huboo prior to the plugin being installed your side and support for the plugin being enabled our side will not be updated retrospectively.
